If you have a OneLicense subscription and have already entered your OneLicense number into the Account Settings of your Christian Worship: Service Builder, all reporting on reprints and slide presentations will be done automatically. This automated job runs on Mondays and reports anything exported in the prior 7 days (Mon - Sun).

Users will still need to report on streaming and podcast manually into their OneLicense account.

Usage reports are made on a Per-Service basis, meaning your church streaming a single service on Sunday would only report one use. The same is true if you stream the same service multiple times on the same day or using the same service for a Saturday service.

To report your usage manually onto your OneLicense account,

1. Log into OneLicense.
2. Under My Account, select Report Usage. For rehearsal tracks, select Report Tracks.
3. Search for the title of the element being used and check the box next to it.
4. Click the “Report” button and input the appropriate information.
